For 2025, we have set a course for an even more promising future.
In a dynamic and constantly changing sector, we seek (and will seek) to consolidate our position as a benchmark in the market, while adapting (and will adapt) to new needs and challenges.
To achieve this, we have defined three strategic goals for this new year:

1st Focus: Increasing the supply of homes for the middle class and young people buying their first home.
At Urbibarra, we are aware of this challenge and are committed to increasing the supply of affordable homes for young people and the middle class, with the aim of making it easier for them to buy their first home. To this end, we will focus on projects that include typologies suited to everyone's needs, and more accessible financial solutions, without compromising on quality and comfort.

2nd Focus: Improving Urbibarra's digital presence
In an increasingly digital world, we know that it is essential to adapt to new customer demands. That's why we're investing in improving our digital presence, creating a more intuitive and accessible online platform that allows our customers to follow every stage of the buying process, from searching for a property to signing the contract.
We are also investing in the use of digital tools (such as social networks) to create a closer and more transparent relationship with our clients, providing a more efficient, personalized and faster service.

3rd Focus: Innovating in construction processes
This will undoubtedly be one of our main areas of focus. We are continually looking for new approaches and technologies to optimize the construction process, making it more efficient, faster and, above all, more sustainable. We invest in researching and adopting more precise building materials; as well as solutions that minimize waste and environmental impact. Our aim is to ensure that our projects not only meet the needs of our clients, but also respect the requirements of our planet and nature, offering high quality buildings that last longer.
